What we collect
Account details you provide (email, business info), call recordings and transcripts of calls handled for your business, and the structured analytics derived from them.
How we use it
Solely to operate your AI service desk and show you analytics. We never use one business’s call content to serve another. Cross-fleet insight is anonymised and never includes raw conversation content.
Consent, retention & security
Callers hear an AI-disclosure line and consent is logged with a version and timestamp. Recordings are encrypted at rest and auto-expire per a retention window (at least six months). Data is isolated per business and hosted in India (DPDP-aligned).

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@oda.example.
