The service

Oda provides an inbound, service-only AI voice desk on your existing or a provided number. It is not for outbound promotional dialing.

Plans & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per the plan you choose (from ₹999/month). You can change or cancel anytime; usage beyond a plan’s fair-use limits may be billed as overage.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge base and tool connections you configure, and for using the service lawfully and within telecom regulations.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Oda routes uncertainty to a human to avoid confident wrong answers, but you remain responsible for your customer relationships.
